Our guesthouse consists of 4 apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment has two floors. 

Apartments differ in size - from 39 to 56 square meters.  

Ground floor consists of fully-equipped kitchen (gas stove, cutlery, refrigerator), living area with dinner table and sofa, as well as bathroom with shower. In 2 out of 4 apartments there are small wood stoves available in order to make your stay comfortable even on a colder day.

Upper floor area is dedicated to sleeping or resting. Each apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. You can get an extra bed upon request.

Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests, as well as parking space for a car (one per apartment).

In order to place the reservation, guests are kindly asked to pay a reservation fee equal to 40% of the total price for stay.

Please be informed that in case of late cancellation (less than a month before the date of arrival) the reservation fee would not be returned. Please also note that no-show would be considered as cancellation without notice, hence there would be no refund either. 

At arrival, guests must pay in full for the period of stay, as well as a deposit of 50 EUR. Guesthouse accepts only cash (EUR).

Check-in starts at 15:00, check-out finishes at 12:00.

 

Smoking in our rooms is strictly prohibited, and no pets are allowed in apartments.
